We offer advice and help in the administration of estates, obtaining grants of representation, interpreting Wills and offering a pragmatic and cost effective solution to all legal and procedural elements associated with deceased estates.

We offer considered and bespoke advice regarding estate and succession planning, wealth protection using Wills, advise on lifetime gifting, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Court of Protection applications and trust matters together with providing related tax advice to maximise your wealth and control of your assets both in your lifetime and thereafter.

We offer an initial half hour appointment without charge for probate and trust matters and deceased estate enquiries, and also a range of fixed fee services as follows:- 
Simple Single Wills:  £250 + VAT
Simple Mirror Wills: £400 + VAT
Trust Wills: £500 + VAT (starting)
Mirror Trust Wills: £800 + VAT (starting)
Single LPA £325 + VAT per person
Double LPA £550 + VAT per person
